About Andy

Andra (Andy) Helton has lived, worked, and raised a family in Rutherford County for the past 30+ years, and is always excited to share the BEST that this great community has to offer. With extensive industry education, Andy has trained fellow real estate professionals and served clients using “best practices" such as At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Commitment to Excellence from National Association of Realtors (C2EX), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Ninja Selling.

Andy moved to Tennessee during her college years in preparation for a career as an educator. As a teacher and school administrator she gained expertise in data analysis, problem solving, communication, and networking. In those roles, she also learned the value of putting the needs of others first and collaborating to achieve positive results.

Andy and her husband Eddie have 3 children and 9 grandchildren. When not helping people find their ideal home or investment property, you’ll find her hiking, reading, traveling, searching out quirky diners, shopping at antique stores, and spending time with family.
